If you’re looking for a lighter lunch or a sandwich is not your thing, check out our soup and salad menu. All our soups are made in-house and are gluten free. Entrée salads come in whole or half sizes and you can add chicken, tuna, egg salad, chicken salad or chickpeas to most of them for an extra protein kick. Our deli salads are served in smaller portions and make a nice side to a sandwich or cup of soup.

SOUTHWEST SALAD: Roasted Chicken, corn, black beans, red bell, cucumbers, red onion, feta cheese, tortilla strips, avocado, Zesty BBQ Ranch dressing. No half.
MANDARIN SALAD: Mandarin oranges, red onion, sliced almonds, dried cranberries, mix of lettuce and spinach, Tossed with sesame dressing.
CAESAR SALAD: Chopped Romaine, Shredded Parmesan, Croutons, tossed with Caesar Dressing.
GARDEN SALAD: Mixed greens with cucumber, tomatoes, red onion, croutons, choice of dressing.
BLT CHOP SALAD: Wedge of iceberg, bacon, tomato, bleu cheese with side of ranch dressing. No half.
COBB SALAD: Roasted Chicken, Avocado, Tomato, Red Onion, Corn, Egg, Bacon, choice of dressing. No half.
CHEF SALAD: Ham, Turkey, Provolone, Cheddar, black olives, onion cucumbers, tomatoes, sliced egg, croutons, dressing. No half.
HEALTHY INSPIRATION: lettuce, spinach, cucumbers, tomatoes, carrots, 5 oz. of chicken w/balsamic vinaigrette.
ANTIPASTO SALAD: Chopped ham, salami, provolone, feta, tomatoes, olives, red onion, pepperoncinis, cucumbers, artichoke hearts, chopped romaine tossed with Italian dressing.
VEGGIE SALAD: cucumber, tomatoes, olives, red bell, corn, pepperoncinis, red onion, carrots, avocado, sprouts, chickpeas, mixed greens. Choice of dressing.
All soups are made in-house and are Gluten Free, with a variety of dairy-free and vegan options available throughout the week. Have some soup in a cup or bowl, or add a half sandwich or half salad to make a more complete meal.
